SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Due to the ever-changing nature of our time, we have set in place safety protocols for your protection and ours in regard to scheduling, check-in, and treatments.
New Patients
If you are a new patient, please fill out our New Patient Intake form by clicking the button below:
Wear A Mask
Please wear a mask to your appointment, making sure that it covers your mouth and nose at all times. You will not be allowed to enter without a mask.
Be On Time
Please arrive on time for your appointment, as we are strategically scheduling our patients to limit the number of people in the office along with giving us time to disinfect every surface. Please call us if you’re running late.
Arrive Alone
Arrive alone, as we have to limit the number of people in the office at a time.

Call From Your Car
A member of our staff will let you know when to come in.
Minimize Belongings
Please only bring in the belongings that you need.
Check In
Please check-in at the front desk, where your temperature will be taken. One of our staff members will direct you from there.
Sanitize
Upon arrival, please disinfect your hands with either the sanitizing gel or wipes.
